Claims Process:
In the event of a claim, beneficiaries can contact EFU Life Assurance Ltd. at (021) 111-338-436 and submit the required documents, which may include:
- Original Membership Document
- Claim Forms
- Death Certificate (Hospital and NADRA issued)
- Attested CNIC of both member and claimant(s)
- Complete medical/treatment record

Free Look Period:
If you cancel within 14 working days of receiving your Participant’s Membership Document (PMD), you are entitled to a full refund of your contribution, less medical/clinical exam expenses.
