Product Description	A comprehensive cancer protection plan designed exclusively for women. This benefit offers financial coverage against major women cancers such as Breast, Uterus, Cervix Uteri, Ovary, Fallopian Tube, Vagina, Vulva, or on the diagnosis of the critical illnesses such as Severe Osteoporosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Benefits covered: Critical Illness Coverage – Lump sum payout upon diagnosis of covered female-related cancers. Optional Mammography Test Reimbursement – Reimbursement for mammogram screenings to promote early detection (optional add-on). Telehealth Services – Access to professional medical consultations from the comfort of your home. This plan is tailored to support Bank Alfalah’s women customers by offering essential health protection and convenience during critical times.

Exclusions

Any pre-existing conditions.

Covered illnesses occurring within ninety (90) days after the Cancer Coverage Plan/ takaful policy date or date of issuance or date of addition of this plan; or

Any self-inflicted injuries while sane or insane; or willful misuse of drugs or alcohol; or
Signs or symptoms of any of the covered conditions/benefits (including those
leading to performance of the surgery if required) which first occurred within the waiting period. In case of a conflict, Parties will adopt and follow physician’s professional opinion. Usurped power, riot or civil commotion, an illegal organization or an industrial dispute.

EFU-WTO is the product underwriter and BAFL is the distributor of the product.
