  • Pakistani CNIC/NICOP holder
  • Age: 25–60 years (salaried), 25–70 years (non-salaried)
  • Minimum monthly income: PKR 75,000 (salaried), PKR 150,000 (non-salaried)
  • Spouse or blood relative (parents, children, siblings) can apply as co-applicant

Employment tenure:

  • 1 year permanent / 3 years contractual (salaried)
  • 2 years (with Bank Alfalah relationship) or 3 years (others) (self-employed)

  • 2 passport-size photographs
  • Property documents to be financed
  • For salaried: Latest salary slips + last 6 months bank statement
