Minimum and Maximum Plan Term:
Variant A: Payment Term 5 years, Benefit Term 10 years –
Variant B: Payment Term 10 years, Benefit Term 15 years

Mass Segment: PKR 50,000 – 249,999
Contribution Segment: PKR 250,000 and above
Mode of Contribution: One-time payment
Fund Acceleration Contribution: Minimum PKR 50,000

Claims Process
In the event of a claim, beneficiaries can contact EFU Life Assurance Ltd. at (021) 111-338-111 and submit the required documents, which may include:
- Original Membership Document
- Claim Forms
- Death Certificate (Hospital and NADRA issued)
- Attested CNIC of both member and claimant(s)
- Complete medical/treatment record

Free Look Period
If you cancel within 14 days of receiving your Participant’s Membership Document (PMD), you are entitled to a full refund of your contribution, less medical/clinical exam expenses.
