Free Look Period
If you cancel within 14 days of receiving your Participant’s Membership Document (PMD), you are entitled to a full refund of your contribution, less medical/clinical exam expenses.
Claim Process
Processing a claim is simple:
- Inform Alfalah Insurance Company Limited-WTO within 24 hours at (042) 111 786 234.
- Report the incident to Police and obtain an FIR.
- Submit Documents to Alfalah Insurance Company Limited-WTO:
- -Saint Mary Park, Gulberg III, Lahore.
