Customers’ product holdings are assessed at month-end.

If a customer becomes eligible for a higher tier, it will be effective for the next 3 months, regardless of whether product holdings reduce in the interim.

If the customer no longer meets eligibility after 3 months, the tier will be downgraded accordingly.
