Free Look Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of membership documents to cancel and receive a full refund of contributions (minus applicable expenses).

How to Claim

In the unfortunate event of a claim, the beneficiary must contact 5th Pillar Family Takaful at 021-111-786-573 and provide:

• Original Policy Documents
• Claim Forms A, B, C, D
• Complete Medical/Treatment Records (including clinical notes)
• Death Certificate from hospital and NADRA
• Attested CNIC copies (life assured and claimant)
• Written intimation with date and cause of death

For Murder, Suicide, or Accidental Death, additional documents are required:

• Post Mortem / Autopsy Report (attested)
• Newspaper cutting of the event (attested)
• Police FIR (attested)
• Medico-Legal Report (attested)

Note: Additional documents may be requested depending on the case.
