Enhancing our reach to customers, agent network provides a convenient alternative to branches and serves as an additional touchpoint. Bank Alfalah has also partnered with Special Communication Organization (SCO) to serve in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. BAFL has provided SCO with white labelled branding, S-paisa powered by Bank Alfalah and provides an interoperable branchless banking platform so that our customers can be facilitated in the region.
