The Adamjee Life Hikmat Insurance Plan, offered by Bank Alfalah in partnership with Adamjee Life Assurance Company, provides daily cash benefits during hospitalization due to illness or accident. Your benefit doubles if you are admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You can also add optional life insurance for extra protection.

Claim Process

Submit the following to Adamjee Life Assurance:

• Completed claimant statement form
• NADRA death certificate (for death claims)
• CNIC copies of insured and beneficiary
• Post-mortem/police report (if applicable)
• Last attending physician’s statement
• Proof of hospitalization (all related documents)
