- Calculate your sum assured by multiplying your annual premium with your chosen cover multiple (5 to 10).
- Example: PKR 250,000 annual premium × 10 = PKR 2,500,000 total sum assured.
- In case of the policyholder’s death, beneficiaries receive the higher of the sum assured or cash value.
- Cover multiples vary by age at the time of plan entry.

- Original policy documents
- Claim forms (A, B, C, D)
- Full medical/treatment record
- Death certificates (Hospital & NADRA)
- Attested CNICs of policyholder and claimant(s)
- Death intimation with date and cause
Additional documents for murder, suicide, or accidental death:
- Post-mortem/autopsy report (attested)
- Newspaper clipping of the event (attested)
- FIR (attested)
- Medico-legal report (attested)
