• Flexible Coverage: Choose the sum assured that matches your needs.
• Comprehensive Protection: In case of death during the plan term, beneficiaries receive the sum assured or the cash value, whichever is higher.
• Customizable Sum Assured: Multiply your annual basic premium by a cover multiple (5 to 254)* to set your coverage.
  • Example: An annual premium of PKR 100,000 with a cover multiple of 10 provides PKR 1,000,000 in coverage.
• Expert Fund Management: Invest in one or more funds—Meesaq, Managed, Capital Growth, or Yaqeen Growth—managed by professionals for optimized returns with managed risk.
• Spouse Coverage Option: If selected, an additional amount equal to one time the sum assured is paid in case of accidental death of the spouse.

Free Look Period

Cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents to get a full refund, minus any expenses for medical or clinical examinations.

Claim Process

In the event of a claim:

1. Call Jubilee Life at (021) 111-111-554.
2. Submit the following:
   • Original policy documents
   • Claim Forms A, B, C, D
   • Medical/treatment records and clinical notes
   • Death certificate (Hospital & NADRA)
   • Attested CNIC of life assured and claimant(s)
   • Written intimation stating date and cause of death

For murder, suicide, or accidental death, also provide:

• Post-mortem/autopsy report (attested)
• Newspaper cutting (attested)
• FIR (attested)
• Medico-legal report (attested)

Additional documents may be requested depending on the case.
