• Your invested premiums are fully secured. At maturity, you receive the entire accumulated cash value.
• Choose a sum assured that suits your needs.
• Calculate your sum assured by multiplying your annual basic premium with a cover multiple from 5 to 15.
  • Example: Annual premium PKR 100,000 × cover multiple 10 = PKR 1,000,000 sum assured.
• Maximum sum assured: PKR 3,000,000.
• In case of the policyholder’s death during the term, beneficiaries receive the higher of the sum assured or cash value.
• Cover multiples vary by the policyholder’s age at the time of entry.
• Invest your contributions in your choice of fund(s): Meesaq, Managed, Capital Growth, or Yaqeen Growth Fund — all managed by experts with balanced risk and optimized returns.

How to Claim:

1. Call Jubilee Life at (021) 111-111-554.
2. Submit:
   • Original policy documents
   • Claim Forms A, B, C, D
   • Complete medical/treatment records
   • Death certificate (hospital and NADRA)
   • Attested CNICs of life assured and claimant(s)
   • Death details (date and cause) from the claimant

For murder, suicide, or accidental death, also provide:

• Post-mortem/autopsy report (attested)
• Newspaper cutting of the event (attested)
• FIR (attested)
• Medico-legal report (attested)

Further documents may be requested depending on the case.
