Financing Limits

SME Businesses: Up to PKR 10 million
Agri Businesses: Up to PKR 5 million
SBP Refinance & CG Scheme: Up to PKR 5 million (subject to SBP guidelines)

Repayment Flexibility

Medium/Long Term Finance: Available for up to 5 years
Repayment Options: Monthly, Quarterly, or Biannual (for farm credit after grace period, if applicable)

Affordable Pricing

Standard Pricing: 6M KIBOR + 5% p.a.
Under SBP Refinance Scheme: Flat 5% p.a.

Equity Participation

Existing Businesses: Minimum 20%
Startups: Minimum 30%
Working Capital Loans: 40%

Collateral & Security

Preferably secured against personal guarantees (PGs) of proprietors, partners, or directors
Vehicle and asset financing also supported

Eligibility

Age of sponsor/sole proprietor: 21 to 60 years
Must be a Pakistani citizen with valid CNIC
For Partnerships & Companies: At least 50% shareholding held by woman/women
Must have an Alfalah Pehchaan Current Account with Bank Alfalah

Business/Residence location:

Within 40 KM of extending branch (for Agri businesses)
Within the same city (for SME businesses)
